Niku no Asatsu Umeda Ohatsu-Tenjin is a Japanese restaurant located in the Umeda area of Osaka, offering shabu-shabu served with its signature golden dashi broth, along with Kuroge Wagyu beef sushi and Edomae-style seafood sushi.
The restaurant’s shabu-shabu features a rich, aromatic dashi broth mainly made with freshly shaved bonito flakes, bringing out the natural flavor of the meat.
